Woman at Home
When I moved to Los Angeles, I lived in a few old apartments that kept the original architecture, and it got me curious about who used to live there. I often feel restless and anxious when I am home alone, and I know many women before me have felt the same way. So I decided to create classic portraits of a woman in her home throughout different eras. But I also wanted to explore the restlessness-- The desire to live up to the standards of society, while also wanting to prove everyone wrong and be someone else.
